This was a custom home built in the early ‘80’s. At the time it was built, it utilized high end design and appliances. The owners had not updated the master math. Wall paper was removed and walls painted. The jetted tub was replaced with a clawfoot, cast iron freestanding tub. The shower was replaced with marble tile and high end fixtures. Custom vanities as well as closets were installed. In addition to the bathroom, hardwood floors were laid throughout the formal living room and master bedroom, and the fireplace was retiled.
